Fairly happy overall. Making some nice steady progress. Been sides free and feeling great personally. Progressing slowly coming along while maintaining conditioning. Weights up every session. Just need some more size and we are golden but it’s a long game

Big upper today. Progressed every movement weights absolutely flying up. Body feels good no niggles or pains. Strongest I’ve been in my life and probably happiest I’ve been physique wise being honest. Have a big year ahead big on the right path 100%. Bodyweight steadily raising. 90 is a big goal for me and I’m within touching distance only a few kilos to go.

It is indeed.

I like what you're doing here and I like that your body feels no problems.

Much respect for your progress. You're doing an amazing job. Keep it up.

Nice work on this, man.

Glad you feel so strong. That's a good signal.

Looks like you had a great weekend. Weights are improving, but don't get too strong too fast. You don't want to end up injured.

Great day again today. Some extra back thrown in with basic legs. Recovery should be 3-4 weeks away. Being cautious rdl and movement wise doing my rehab work and getting some more range and stability. Happy overall so far with progress. Body weight climbing nicely and everything on track for next year. Should have a massive crack at novice
