Walking lunges 2x20 25kg each hand
Hack squat 4PPS 2x13,10 5PPS 1x10
Adductor machine 116kg 2x15
Lying hamstring curls 86kg 2x12

Have pinned in couple weeks but no real issues. Supps should arrive soon.

Food it’s still all over the place not tracking 100% atm but meals are still clean and hitting macros for sure
