Moving forward
I am looking for more labs to log for and compounds to try, and I am looking to be more honest with my capabilities dosing and sleep wise
I am not prime time Ronnie so no need to rush the process and self sabotage.
Goal moving forward is resolve sleep, histamine and gut issues... Find an appropriate peptide protocol and be in a good spot to log compounds as my cut progresses towards a hopefully nice and sunny summer
in the beautiful city of Sydney
Some changes I am making:
Not walking home late at night
Cutting back on unnecessary doses of steroids
4 vs 6ml a day
Using stims in moderation to drive performance or focus not as a fatloss tool...
Using diet stretching and mindfulness as a means to control inflammation...
Taking rest days and managing fatigue early so I can still achieve my family responsibilities
Keeping cardio as a low fatigue tool for health not some kind of angry David goggins shouting match in my garage, stop ignoring the dog and take for walkies
Track stools and bowel movements ( I will not post here!!!
)
And finally start investing into more rehab as my physiotherapist comes back from holidays and installs his hyperbaric chamber
