I woke up hungry at 2 and ate whey, fruit rye and that pushed the total kcal to 425g p 425g C and 55g f. Definitely need to eat earlier in the day but today at least we have an early start!

I have magnesium taurate, glycinate, gluconate and malate, I weigh the powders out on a milligram scale so 2g is 2g, gluconate is 15% elemental for example so 2g = 600mg elemental.
