Training wise we hit push today with a mate and got a couple PRs! Even when the chest was pre-exhausted, we site enhanced hamstrings with the Ghk peptide and the pecs pre-workout with the ace-031 👊🏾💪🏾🥇 using veterinary vitamins as bacteriostatic water 🐴🙌🏾

Yeah I need to hit the minimum required 4 weeks his log to be official which I didn't realise! , we had a miscommunication and I didn't know the minimum duration, so given I was running mast at 4-5m

l I went through his bottle in two weeks, so we will hit that 4 week quota, he is sending two more bottles of mast P, in a sense this will also be good as I can speak on the consistency of his product also...

At the end of the day mast P and shorter esters of good usually the supplier has gtg long esters, I would hazard given my current experience his long esters would be even higher quality 🏞️🙌🏾
 
Today's update sunday rest day;

Started off with a late start, weighed in at 95.8kg I had a cheeky whey, fruit and cocoa snack last night, but weight still dropped regardless! 😭

Metabolism is cranking. Felt rundown however I opted for 25min of stairs this morning 🌅 20mg yohimbine precardio + coffee and 20mg of gw-0742

I went for two walks today totalling only 6k/10k steps but I am content I will just adjust my macros, sometimes when you feel fatigued less is more, no Pilates or sauna today just chilling

Over the day I had 200mg of 5amino1mq in my water, 1.5g injectable l carnitine and 500mg mast P split over a couple different sites. I also took 8mg of ipamorelin and 1.5 mg CJC over 3 shots, precardio, before walk #1 and before walk #2

I injected 1g vitamin C + 5mg bcp-157 and 50mg copper peptide into my recently trained quads and triceps, I did the hamstrings earlier this week.

For breakfast I ate;

A cup + 1/4 cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil, cayenne pepper and veg mix, after all that yohimbine I believe that extra quarter cup was pushing it, I really struggled to chew this 😭

Snack #1;
- Scoop of aminos
- Celery juice 1L

For lunch I ate;

-A cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil + cayenne and middle eastern spice mix + veg mix

-Immune juice
the juice of two lemons + 2 TBSP raw honey 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a lot of ginger juice

For the two evening meals I ate the same meal split 9pm and 11pm;

[ Evening meal X 2
- half a frozen watermelon 🍉 @ 9pm and 11pm

- Rice Farina 60g, 1.5 scoops of whey, one serves of collagen from ATP science, 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 10g glutamine ]

A fairly restful day besides family arguments lol, I love them though 😁

I briefly talked to Azlola and I will try out a secondary product of his, the arimidex. I will appreciate this addition as I have been struggling with a mild gyno flare up, I notice a slight irritation at rest... Hopefully this will let me run my test higher as I have been skipping the .3ml often, like today for example. I can't rely on primo as an AI as it seems supply is inconsistent and it is expensive 🫰🏾. Cheers for the help @Azlola 🙌🏾❤️‍🔥

I plan to take 4iu prebed with 1-2mg of dsip

you're updating 2 logs with same info right? not sure better you keep 1 log, only 1 log will be official in the end
