Solid day overall. Didn’t take many load progressions but that’s okay, kept consistent form. Will have plenty time to progress over the course of the blast. Was supposed to be a rest day but have a very busy day on the work front tomorrow and had a chill day tomo so wanted to dedicate proper time and care to training today. Will be rest tomorrow. Recovery in a good position still and extremely quick in between sessions now matter how battered I am on the day of training.

Same bro, slow and consistent increase in kcals when you see that the body is responding well to it otherwise you just get fat, can't wait to start the rebound after the show or there after to get massiveCoach has been pushing it up by maybe 200 or so weekly so far. Had previously done some dirty bulking and ended up fucking my digestion and insulin sensitivity so being more sensible this time round!
