Absolutely massive session today. I’ve always floated in and around trt doses but this is my first ever blast. And honestly I get when guys say about feeling invincible and like superman now
feels like every day I’m just heavily busying prs. I’ve attatched some progression I’m particularly proud of from mid August to mid September. Overloaded everything today. Particularly happy with the sl ham curl. The single leg stuff is definitely helping it no longer feels like my hammer will absolutely rip apart when any stress is provided which is good
the numbers are falling, the size will come. Added 10kg to top and back of set of rdl today and 10 per side on squat press which I’m delighted with. Either the
@DofRandD stuff is working the magic or I’ve magically became a genetic super freak within the last 6-8 weeks. Can take a fair guess which one applies
