100% on the bacon. Honestly feel the meat at home in Ireland anyway is a much higher quality personally.Coming upto my 4th Christmas here.
I've almost forgotten what english chocolate tastes like.
I still miss the bacon though. I don't think it's nearly as tastey here.

Thoughts:
Overall happy this week conditioning is holding relatively well considering I’ve been smashing cals for months on end now. Posing needs to improve a lot too but always been a week point.
Sides:
No sides to report as of yet. Feeling fantastic.

I would 100% agree food is better in general! Although it seems Australia is catching up quite a bit in relation to supplements and what’s available now, although you’d be a lot more qualified than me to comment on thatI agree mate.
Dare I say it, but I think food in general is better back home.
But I'll trade food for what on the whole is just a better life.
2 months of cold here and maybe 2 months of excessive heat and life is just peachy.
Im not far from you in Australia terms. In between Melbourne and Adelaide in the desert.

Weird one today, on my final set of safety bar squats I was feeling a bit funky adductor wise. I did complete all movements but left out direct adductor work, glute bridge and leg extension because I’ve found with the extension as the weights got heavy my adductors have to stabilise a lot more. I feel totally fine with them walking around and don’t feel pain but I’m taking a smart decision and taking it easy for 2-3 days now lower wise. Not worth creating an issue in the future for the sake of doing a few more sets today. But overloaded all my big movements anyway so relatively happy and it’s enough stimulus so not a wasted session.
I'm learning more about AU than everI would 100% agree food is better in general! Although it seems Australia is catching up quite a bit in relation to supplements and what’s available now, although you’d be a lot more qualified than me to comment on that
But I will also agree lifestyle is 10 times better here! Hard to describe but at home there’s just a constant overhang of misery and begrudging amongst peoplethat’s what I’ve experienced but it could possibly be different for you over in the uk.
It’s nice to escape the city life though! I used to live smack bang in the city but moved out to the suburbs! Space is a big one, almost was feeling a bit stuff just being surrounded by people non stop
