9 hours is the perfect sleep, how did your macros workout today?

No pain present! Have been getting myself into really good positions and body feels great. Just loaded a bit much too quick. Didn’t feel any twinge or anything, just couldn’t get more up. Will stick at that weight until I hit 8 reps then try 190

Bit of a hiatus with the girlfriend for a few days over the weekend for some social bits and pieces but back on the grind now. From talking to the coach appetite is struggling and feel insulin sensitivity is shot. Loading up for an aggressive 5 week minicut. Unfortunate timing but having described feeling and communicating it’s clear it’s the best course of action. Will be interesting to see how much waist comes in and how much I’ve built over the last few months. Coach is happy overall and him knowing my body previously helps tremendously. Excited to finish off the cycle and maintain before coming into a blast.

I’ve only restarted with the coach again. We are ironing some things through rn. But for a while appetite has been fairly poor. Just feeling sluggish and lethargic throughout the day. Put on roughly 11kg since beginning of cycle. We had a chat and felt it was best to do an aggressive mini cut and start fresh to get the most out of the next push up. I’ve more or less been in a surplus since December as well. Bit chop and change starting off but im pretty close with the coach and he’s coming in at the tail end of the cycle/bulk so was always going to be a bit variable

Big sesh today. Progressed every set. Stiff legs 10 times better today. Lower back feels bulletproof during and after stiff legs session so very happy with setup and from looking at videos. Thats about 55kg worth of stiff leg progression in 2 months. But of course not sustainable so will be tapering up much more conservatively now especially with the drop in cals. As always massive thanks to @DofRandD and @BigBoyLabs for sorting me out and being so supportive. Really enjoying the logging process now that I had a few days off and looking forward to hitting 1k replies🚀

Untracked sesh today because I was in a new gym with one of the boys. Really enjoyable session and good to mix it up and get into a new environment. Got a tasty pump and happy with numbers overall
Check out the width through the shoulders. Very impressive brother
