Great session today. Pumps a lot more apparent now im leaner. Feel a lot better as well not having to constantly cram food in. Vascularity coming up nicely. Progressed every set and feel fantastic

Back photos seem a little closer to the camera. Try and keep them both the same. It'll help with comparisons over time

85 kg is a really solid weight.
It's great that your coach is supporting you and outlining some good training sessions.

Full coaching now

Had been getting advice from a former coach to keep me ticking over but have fully hired now so getting the full service, below photos outline training, nutrition and a timeline for me over the next 6 months or so period of time. Will write out training numbers also in my log. Had chatted about fats and he did agree they will be revised and slightly upped. So thanks again to the mod boys🙏🏻
