Had been getting advice from a former coach to keep me ticking over but have fully hired now so getting the full service, below photos outline training, nutrition and a timeline for me over the next 6 months or so period of time. Will write out training numbers also in my log. Had chatted about fats and he did agree they will be revised and slightly upped. So thanks again to the mod boys🙏🏻

Absolutely wrecked after that session! Big adjustment to different tempos. Always did a tempo eccentric but these tempos have slightly changed through a pause and some concentric tempos too. You mixed up some exercises nicely, I like the abductor exercise. Not too many people do those.

Great session today but body is in bits😂new tempos are killing me. Also have deficit push ups on the last set of flat smith. Numbers decent but more setting a baseline. Trt starting soon.
