Massive session today and absolutely toast. This is the biggest session of the week no doubt. Looking forward to 2 rest days for the weekend and spending some time with the girlfriend but ticking off cardio both days and planks for mid section control.

Great session today but body is in bits😂new tempos are killing me. Also have deficit push ups on the last set of flat smith. Numbers decent but more setting a baseline. Trt starting soon. Sides wise feeling fantastic and all good. But just looking forward to getting some clearance and giving the boys a break for the cruise. Appreciate the support again @DofRandD @BigBoyLabs

Absolutely wrecked after that session! Big adjustment to different tempos. Always did a tempo eccentric but these tempos have slightly changed through a pause and some concentric tempos too. Feeling fantastic though and hobbling. Body feels fantastic. Merry Christmas everyone, and best of luck for 2025❤️ 🎄

Have 23 mins liss cardio on rest days and 15k steps daily. Rest of the weekend just chilled with the girlfriend and got some bits done. Another 4-5 kilos and should be a decent look
