Have 23 mins liss cardio on rest days and 15k steps daily. Rest of the weekend just chilled with the girlfriend and got some bits done. Another 4-5 kilos and should be a decent look

Good sesh overall today still coming to grips with tempo. overloaded all movements. Hams are still fried from lower 1 so hoping tomo is all good. Sides all clear still feeling fantastic

Big sesh today. Hams finally recovered for legs today. But a big quad dominant day regardless. Progressed numbers on everything and definitely starting to get a measure of the tempo. Struggling a bit with breathing and bracing, myself and coach are working on that more in depth currently. Gh and anabolics doing the magic. Closing in on end of cycle have 10 days left. Will miss feeling like a beast but no excuse not to progress and beat numbers every session.

Hear anabolics are over the counter there in independent pharmacies so will be good for continuity. Last week of cycle and will post side by sides then. Will be up about 2kg but have made progress for sure.
