Overall happy with the 2 weeks with coach. Ready for a big push over the next year. Have a 2 week trip to Thailand booked in April. Hear anabolics are over the counter there in independent pharmacies so will be good for continuity. Last week of cycle and will post side by sides then. Will be up about 2kg but have made progress for sure.

Big sesh today. Hams finally recovered for legs today. But a big quad dominant day regardless. Progressed numbers on everything and definitely starting to get a measure of the tempo. Struggling a bit with breathing and bracing, myself and coach are working on that more in depth currently. Gh and anabolics doing the magic. Closing in on end of cycle have 10 days left. Will miss feeling like a beast but no excuse not to progress and beat numbers every session.

2 big sessions. Overloaded every movement. Chasing progression and progress every session. Legs are definitely struggling to keep up with the intensity but it’s enjoyable and a good chance to create hypertrophy. Gh dosage going to 5iu thanks again @BigBoyLabs. Plan is to compete early doors 2026. 2025 I’m not fully there yet which im okay with, it’s a long game

Also have a mid week check in with the coach. Again alongside the usual one to assess visuals. May be pulling the cut a bit shorter because I lean up quite quickly. Below is the proposed updated roadmap, providing things go to plan and I stick to everything, which I firmly believe I will

Midweek check in with coach. Plan is to do 6 weeks total of a cut and get skinless. Use the rebound to progress then. Dropping down to trt regardless next week. Just need a lot more size so working off a 12-18 month timeframe. But at 24 I still have plenty time to work, im here for the long haul no doubt

Hammer Super Incline: 35x10, 25x12
Prime SA Lat Row: 35x10, 35x10
Cybex Shoulder: 50x11, 35x11
Prime Lat Pull: 80x10, 65x12
Flat Smith: 35x8, 22.5x12 superset 5x deficit push ups, further 5 on knees then eccentrics

Did some curls 15KG and some db Tricep extensions in my S&C gym. Had a busy day between work and an interview so timing was cut short and couldn’t do usual arm machines. Which is okay. Session went well. Tad bit rushed but overloaded everything so extremely happy in that regard!

Cycle Officially Finishes.

Would say overall it’s been quite productive. Nothing major though. From these initial check in shots body weight is in and around 4kg down. But imo composition is improved. Plan is to go to 150 test, 100 primo trt starting this week. Have put comparisons down below they’re not the cleanest looking but shows my first evo check in vs my most recent this morning. Not a crazy gain cycle wise but im not 25 until June. Have plenty time on my side.

Bro you should be happy! Nice clean gains for sure, there is definitely a difference in composition. Don’t be so hard on yourself and yes at not even 25 all the time in the world to progress even further. 🦾
