Cycle Officially Finishes.

Would say overall it’s been quite productive. Nothing major though. From these initial check in shots body weight is in and around 4kg down. But imo composition is improved. Plan is to go to 150 test, 100 primo trt starting this week. Have put comparisons down below they’re not the cleanest looking but shows my first evo check in vs my most recent this morning. Not a crazy gain cycle wise but im not 25 until June. Have plenty time on my side.

Will keep this log going until I compete! 150 test and 100 primo for sports trt for 8-10 weeks, then the coach will update on what we are running with for the next blast. Will be a long surplus though need a lot of tissue

Also why you could have waited to use PEDs
 
some light test and primo is not bad for trt.
might want to watch your estrogen though.
 
my ex used to use tren as his trt lol.

60 Degree Smith: 32.5x8, 22.5x13
Dip Machine: 41.25x9, 30x13
Prime Seated Row: 75x8, 55x12
Prime Extreme Row: 90x8, 72.5x10
Rope Pullover: 24x11, x10
Pannatta Super French: 15x9, x8, 10x11
DB Curl: 25x8, x8, x8 rep match

Check in day. Cardio up to 4 times a week 30 mins. Will be transitioning to a 5 day split also because im itching to train more and get bored on weekends. Dropped to trt this week 2 shots a week. Will have 2 high carb days and mini cut will be finishing within next 2 weeks. Quite happy overall have a mid week check in 2 after my 2 high carb days

Will stick to this one I think! Be nice to have the whole journey in the one spot to look back on as a memory for me and an accomplishment personally

Life Laying Ham: 105x10, 85x15
DB RDL: 50x8, x7
Cybex Squat Press: 105x9, 65x16
Hoist Extension: 93x10, x8
Lateral raises x4

Laterals at start of session along with leg raises. Numbers taken on everything today. Had a high day so carbs at 550 today and tomo. Cardio up to 4x per week have another check in Thursday morning so see how the high days have gone for me
