Cycle Officially Finishes.

Would say overall it’s been quite productive. Nothing major though. From these initial check in shots body weight is in and around 4kg down. But imo composition is improved. Plan is to go to 150 test, 100 primo trt starting this week. Have put comparisons down below they’re not the cleanest looking but shows my first evo check in vs my most recent this morning. Not a crazy gain cycle wise but im not 25 until June. Have plenty time on my side.

Midweek check in with coach to see how I’ve responded to 2 high carb days. All other macros stay similar. Talked to the coach about weekend boredom so transitioning to a 5 day per week split.
