Hard to believe you're only 78 kg.
 
You definitely look like you weigh more.
But that's a good thing and a compliment.
 
Good job doing the standing calf and Cybex seated hamstring.

Those are good exercises and work great.
 
Keep up the good work champ. Nice leg day for sure. Maybe throw in some lunges next time.

If you're getting pumps in your legs, that's definitely a good sign.
 
Rest Day

Sleep: 9.5 hours


Productive rest day overall. 30 mins cardio at 136bpm average. Got a chance to catch up on some housework and get myself prepped for the week. Will be last few days of trt before blast so mentally preparing for that also😂 have all my ducks in a row. Awaiting caloric change if any via coach this weekend. Cycle has already been set anyway as I had to put in an order so good to go there. Got my daily 12k steps around the park today. Feeling confident and ready to pack on some quality tissue over the next 20 weeks of cycle. Will be low and lean utilising mainly carbs and protein to drive performance alongside. Training will be remaining the same

Great leg day today. Pumps have been insane with new tempos and intensity to go with it. Now im comfy and cals are up a bit numbers will be pushed. Still quite weak but working on it. Trt wrapping up next week. Will be going down the test and eq route. Will be interesting to get the scale on recovery with numbers and intensity upped. Been nice having a bit of a clear out for trt but defo ready to hop back on the bicycle.

Bet those pumps were killer!

just a few shots from check ins this morning. Trying to slowly rebound outta the mini cut rather than just piling on unnecessary weight. Quads are softening a tad but I also do struggle to turn them on a big. In my usual check in spots it’s tiles, whereas this is outdoor deck so I wobble a small bit. Should be quite a productive growth phase
