Sometimes its a good idea to take a week off of deadlifts. Lets the total system heal up and recover. I did that today. Decided to skip deadlifts for the week. Should be able to come back even stronger next week.

405 for 5 sets of 3. Pulled 465x1 and it felt heavy and off. I've worked everyday this week and chasing a sleep deficit so there's that...
One drop set of 315 for 10 easy reps.
Belt Squats
5 sets @ 270 for 73 total reps. 290 next workout.
Back extensions on the GHD with plate row
90lbs for 3 sets of 10. 100lbs next workout.
Leg extensions and leg curls at 140 lbs for 5 sets of 15, rest pause style. 150lbs on each next working
I've taken time off a bit here and there but if you feel good push it. I would suggest cardarine and the 'cancer' thing is a mythSolid advice. I pulled 550 two weeks ago so today should've been relatively light work and it just wasn't happening.
Updated MacroFactor for maintenance. Currently has my calories around 3400 to maintain 235. Gonna crank up the Cardio and lifting volume, drop the Test back to 200/wk and grab some Anavar for the recomp. The GP anavar is 50/50mg tabs so that'll be right at a 7 week cycle. Was also considering Cardarine but currently diving into the Cancer claims. Listened to a great YouTube video this morning weighing the pros and cons. I have a family hx of cancer and my job automatically puts me at high risk so I don't think i want tk add a compound that potentially carries even the slightest risk of it. Though I did run GW previously for a 12 week cycle and had good results, not knowing that info then.

Pendlay Rows @ 235lbs. 5 sets. 35 total reps. Goal was 15. Weight goes to 245 next workout.
Meadows Rows
5 sets, 50 rep goal. 100lbs the bar, 60 reps completed. 110lbs next workout
Weighted Chins.
3 sets, 20 rep goal. 25lbs for a total of 19. Weight stays the same next workout.
Finished with Incline curls for 5 sets with 25s and 50 reps. Hammer rope curls for 3 sets of 30 and 100 cable face pulls.
Now the question. I'm about to make an order from Napsgear.
Do I:
A) Drop my test to 200mg(Puts me at around 900 total test), or keep it high? Run anavar at 50mg for the next 7 weeks, drop calories to maintenance and increase Cardio for a "recomp".
B) keep the Test at 300mg and run tbol for a 7 week cycle @ 50mg a day with increased Cardio and a slight caloric surplus before cutting down. I really like the idea of the increased strength as I'm chasing a 600lb deadlift and 405 bench as my big goals for the year. Once this is complete, I'd switch to a cut at 200mg a week Test. Taking 6 weeks off orals then running Var for the final 6-7 weeks.
I haven't experienced any estrogen related sides that I can tell but as I'm about 6 weeks into the 400mg a week, I don't want to have to take an Ai if I can avoid it.

I would up the activity. I believe that if you eat more you will recover faster which will in turn make you stronger and more muscle gain and higher metabolism.Legs A Today

Macros for the day: 2873. 247p, 91f, 256c. Well under my maintenance calories by about 700. On shift today and the day got away from us but still hit the protein goals.
Side note. Ended up going with Winstrol from Napsgear. Picked up 40 tabs of 50mg so it'll be right at a 5.5 week run paired with 200mg of TRT. Question is do I keep calories at maintenance and up activity to create a deficit or increase the deficit by diet AND ramp up activity for a recomp?
