Today's workload.
Extra upper body day focusing on back and biceps. Didn't get it all done due to running calls but below is what was finished.
Plate loaded lat pull down, 6 sets worked up to 110 per side X 10 reps for 3 sets
DB Rows with 110s for 4 sets of 12
Preacher curls 60x12 for 3 sets, slow and controlled focusing on the squeeze
Conditioning
5 rounds, 1 minute rest between each
30 Cals assault bike(right at 2:30 each round, maintaining a minimum of 70rpm)
3 Devils press
6 thrusters
9 push press
12 deficit pushups in the dumbbells.
All done with 45lbs bells. Finished in 24:17. Goal was sub-30.
