Today's workload.
Extra upper body day focusing on back and biceps. Didn't get it all done due to running calls but below is what was finished.

Plate loaded lat pull down, 6 sets worked up to 110 per side X 10 reps for 3 sets

DB Rows with 110s for 4 sets of 12

Preacher curls 60x12 for 3 sets, slow and controlled focusing on the squeeze

Conditioning
5 rounds, 1 minute rest between each
30 Cals assault bike(right at 2:30 each round, maintaining a minimum of 70rpm)
3 Devils press
6 thrusters
9 push press
12 deficit pushups in the dumbbells.
All done with 45lbs bells. Finished in 24:17. Goal was sub-30.

Oh my bad. 45lb dumbells for all 3 movements. Goal was to not put them down each round. Devils press right to thrusters right to push press.

Pinned 200mg test tonight. Bit painful/soreness in the delt after and had some oil leak out. Guess I didn't massage it in long enough.

For comparison, this was at my leanest at around 218 at the end of a RAD 140/Cardarine run along with a caloric deficit.
That’s my goal by end of summer.

Switched routines to Jim Wendlers "Building the Monolith" for 6 weeks with a goal of building strength and size. Weighed in at 234.7 this morning and MacroFactor has my expenditure tanking as the weight increases. I haven't had to adjust my weight Belt at all with the weight gain but it's really tight as of today. I've gained 10lbs in a month but still have some faint visible abs, arms are still vascular and some stomach/rib veins are still visible.

Body dysmorphia is kicking in and I think I'm going to pump the brakes on gaining any more weight and switch to maintenance for a recomp for a few weeks and re-evaluate.. Is it still possible to gain muscle mass and drop body fat on a maintenance diet with 400mg a week Test? Anything else ya'll would add to that?

Today's routine was working up to 455 for 3 sets of 5 on deadlifts and 295 for 5 sets of 5 on bench, followed by 5x20 meadows rows and 100 curls.

Wednesdays work
Squats, worked up to 360 for 5x5
Overhead press, worked up to 185 for a set of 5 then backed down to 145x11. Supersetted everything with Pullups for a total of 117 and 100 facepulls.

Conditioning. 25 minute AMRAP
Torque sled push/pull
20 butterfly situps
10 dips. Ended with 12 rounds.

I've been loose with the diet, getting 3600-4000 calories a day, all clean foods, minimum of 250 protein, 400 carbs and 120 fats.

ON the doses , yes you can gain and recomp on 400mgs testosterone thats bodybuilding TRT, what would I add? how about some winstrol? 50mgs
 
can definitely see the muscle on your frame would like to see you drop more body fat though

Does Winstrol really cause the joint issues I've seen? Lifting heavy and crossfit style WODs a few days a week, I don't want anymore joint pain than I already have 😂
 
winstrol did cause my joints to hurt
 
I would try and if your joints start bothering you then stop using it
 
make sure you're getting plenty of good fats in your diet
