I started a cycle of 250mg Test E / 250mg (Boldenone), Equipoise on April 1st. I've been lifting steady every week on every muscle. I slowly upped the dose to what I'm taking now which is 450mg Test E / 300mg Boldenone. I am cutting still for summer so I'm not at my maintenance calorie level currently. I get about 1800 calories, and 180ish grams of protein/ day. Even at caloric defecit I've seen muscle/strength gain, and fat loss. Once I get to about 10% body fat I'll up my calorie intake to around the 2500 calories needed to be in a slight caloric surplus. I'm going to try to stay lean throughout the summer while putting on what I can for muscle. I can tell the steroids are helping both in muscle gain and fat loss. I plan on a blast cruise so once I finish a 20week cycle I'm going to lower my testE / EQ dose to 350mg 50/50 split. Is that too high for essentially a high sport trt dose? Also would you guys recommend that to be just TestE after my cycle? Also right now I have to take it easy on my lifting fpr 3-4weeks because I did decline flat bar benching, and felt a sharp pain in my left peck, and lost the strength in that side. I wasn't going too heavy I'm just not used to flat bar benching especially on Decline. I do full range of motion from dumbell bench pressing. Turns out I slightly tor my left peck. This happened a few days ago. Tuesday I have an appointment with a specialist to be sure I didn't do more damage than I thought. I was making great progress too. Now I'll have to stop lifting on back,shoulders, and chest for 3ish weeks then go light till my chest is 100%. Hopefully the steroids help me retain the muscle better and help me heal quicker. I can still do legs, abs, biceps, and believe it or not triceps. Just have to go light on bi's and tri's. I do cardio on my exercise bike 3-4 times a week for cardio vascular health and it helps maintain my slight caloric deficit. I'll keep you guys updated on. My progress, and torn peck muscle.

i think even on steroids you can overtrain easy

so you're taking test e eq now? or you're going to start?
sports TRT is 300mg test/week maybe some 50mgs deca

I was training the bigger muscles Just once a week. Abs, and calves are twice a week. Until my chest is healed I can only do abs, biceps, triceps, and legs.

So bro dragon pharma is a good brand and if you got it from UG freak they test all their gear, might be a slightly different carrier oil, sometimes the same carrier oil can come in different colours depending on the batch, and even the raws manufacturing process can produce different colours of the same compound seen it all before

I wouldn’t be alarmed on colour difference bro if it’s from ugfreak you good 2 go 🔥

Yea, I'm taking testE & EQ now. I was weight training 4 days a week and cardio 3-4 days a week as well. Is EQ bad to take as a 50/50 split with TestE when I use it later on as a sport trt dose or would you recommend just the Test E at 300mg

My left peck is still slightly inflamed, I know it's harder to see now that's its been about 3 days. But for some reason it didn't bruise. I got the bruising on my left bicep which for some reason doesn't even hurt.

whats the bruising from? you had a serious injury now? can you move arms?
 
thats a bad bruise.
 
These are (2)10ml vials of EQ 200 / Test E 200 from Dragon Pharma both from UGFreak, my question is they are both from the same manufacturer, distributor, same exact steroid, and concentration. Why are the colors so much different?

I caused a small tear in my left peck doing Decline flat bar benching. I usually do cables or dips for lower chest, for some reason I thought it was a good idea to do it on the decline bench after a hard upper chest set with dumbells. I felt my left side give out and I could feel the muscle wasn't right and see it was swollen. I went to the er and they confirmed it was a tear. I have an appointment with a specialist tomorrow to make sure that's all I did. I can't lift my arm all the way up, but I can bend it no problem. I just can't do chest, back or shoulders now for atleast 3 weeks. Then I can go light. I'll keep everyone updated.
 
Depending on how severe the tear is
hopefully you don't need surgery
 
make sure you learn from your mistake
don't keep repeating issues like that
 
this is why I'm not a fan of incline or decline lifting
makes more sense to stick to flat bench
