Hope all is well. I have coke back from holiday and a long ass cruise to get my head back in the game and push my body.

Below I’ll detail my stats but to clarify a few things from last blast. I had to stop 12 weeks into it due to multiple issues 1 being a coach who prefer rec drugs which got in the way of coaching and another being mental issue with family issues (another loss in famz) so in saying that I lost 7kg from that blast, I went up in bodyfat but not by much just a little softer and mentally I was in a shit place.

So here I am planning today to be blasting the following.

anavar 60mg
Test400 800mg
Primo 800mg
Npp 400mg
T3 12.5mcg
Insulin 15iu pwo
Hgh 7iu+ before bed

Note that as weeks pass I’ll either add or remove, increase or decrease compounds so for just the base of this cycle that’s how I’ll be starting it.

I’m sitting at
128kg fasted
Bodyfat is 12%
Height 6ft

Meds I do have on hand (pharma)
Aromasin (will add if needed after week 5 bloodwork)
Metformin
Caber
Bp meds (incase)
Cialis (pre workout)
Urisodial (UDCA = strongest liver protectant)

Vitamins
Pre/probiotics
Vitamin c
Fish oil
Vitamin d
Moringa powder
Beetroot powder




I just got back from a flight from overseas this morning and a little jet lagged but I’m going to go train back today. I will log it later on and also be pinning aswel. Anavar is also started today too.

This is what my other mate measured me at on his Caliper. Whether they are accurate or not lol. I’m just smooth atm but all the walking I did overseas was well over 15k steps plus. But let’s see what we can bring to the table with this 💪

Back/traps started with some pullovers and rows to warm up the back and get it primed.

1: hammer strength lat pulldown
5 sets 3 working
160kg/8 170kg/8 180kg/7

2: hammer strength row hammer grip
3 sets
160kg/12 200kg/8 180kg/10

3: close grip cable pull-down
3 sets
50kg/12 70kg/10 80kg/8 (each rep a 2 sec hold)

4: rack pulls
3 sets
180kg/12 220kg/10 260kg/7

Traps

1: Behind the back shrug on chest machine
5 sets 3 working sets
120kg/15 160kg/15 200kg/11

Incline bench dumbell shrugs
2 sets and 1 dropset
I kept this weight moderate and not heavy just as I was fatiguing a bit so 30kg for reps with low rest period.


Notes
I wanted to keep it lower volume as I’m used too since I just started and came
Back this morning but I feel good. I just have to manage body’s electrolytes and thanks to the boys on liquid golds team I’m getting educated with it and will be putting it into play.
 
So I’ve pinned officially today but I won’t count as week one till Monday

And 3iu hgh before bed. Tomorrow a rest day but I’ll be back doing fasted cardio in the morning.
