Biceps
bicep barbell curls ez bar
5 sets
50kg x 5 and a 40sec rest but 50kg again for 5
Hammer curls
2 sets
25kg/10 27.5kg/8
Hit cardio
Cross trainer
6 rounds
15 sec all out 45 sec normal pace and repeat 6 rounds
I will be working up to 9 rounds for this.
