Afternoon fellas so here is another training log update. Today was suppose to be legs but changed it due to my left knee has been sore and when I was warming up it started to swell a little so I didn’t push for it (old man syndrome) lol

Back/traps

1 single arm hammer grip pulldown
3 sets
60kg/15 80kg/12 100kg/10

Hammer strength overhand row
3 sets
120kg/12 160kg/10 100kg/7 then drop set to 120kg for 9 more reps.

Underhand pull-downs
3 sets
50kg/15 70kg/8 80kg/8

One arm hammer strength row
3 sets
160kg/11 200kg/8 120kg/16

Traps
Dumbbell rows
3 sets
40kg/15 50kg/15 60kg/8

Kelso shrug on t bar row
2 sets to failure 40kg and 60kg

Behind the neck shrug machine
2 sets 200kg/11 reps 200kg/13

Notes
Pumps are getting better with each session. I will be looking at giving racks or dead’s a break and incorporating heavy farmer walks (real heavy)

I will inject tonight again and keep moving forward.

Weight is at 130kg

Yeah you’re probably right. Today’s training was real good esp the pumps. Had shit sleep tho due to jet lag but still had a good workout.

I didn’t to legs today cause my knee played up as I must of slept wrong so I trained back. I’ll log it after I finish at post office
i trained a few pros back in the day bro rarely saw higher than 10-15 IUs use for lower iFBB @Pigsy can confirm

My insulin use is around training, as are my carbs. 5 to 8ius preworkout and 5ius post.
Normally for a 4 to 5 weeks. Then take month off.

Most carbs I would do a day is 350g

Hope all is well. I have coke back from holiday and a long ass cruise to get my head back in the game and push my body.

Below I’ll detail my stats but to clarify a few things from last blast. I had to stop 12 weeks into it due to multiple issues 1 being a coach who prefer rec drugs which got in the way of coaching and another being mental issue with family issues (another loss in famz) so in saying that I lost 7kg from that blast, I went up in bodyfat but not by much just a little softer and mentally I was in a shit place.

So here I am planning today to be blasting the following.

anavar 60mg
Test400 800mg
Primo 800mg
Npp 400mg
T3 12.5mcg
Insulin 15iu pwo
Hgh 7iu+ before bed

Note that as weeks pass I’ll either add or remove, increase or decrease compounds so for just the base of this cycle that’s how I’ll be starting it.

I’m sitting at
128kg fasted
Bodyfat is 12%
Height 6ft

Meds I do have on hand (pharma)
Aromasin (will add if needed after week 5 bloodwork)
Metformin
Caber
Bp meds (incase)
Cialis (pre workout)
Urisodial (UDCA = strongest liver protectant)

Vitamins
Pre/probiotics
Vitamin c
Fish oil
Vitamin d
Moringa powder
Beetroot powder




I just got back from a flight from overseas this morning and a little jet lagged but I’m going to go train back today. I will log it later on and also be pinning aswel. Anavar is also started today too.

Do you think 5iu pre workout and 10iu post is sufficient?
can start lower 5 pre and 5 post tbh, problem with rapid if using frequently body gets used to it quickly then you are upping the dose with the same or less response, main problem you see with Milo's guys, his protocol never changes and he does like 20 pre / post then ups it and his guys end up getting thicker skin and larger midsections as the insulin insensitivity over time ruins their physique,

start as low as you can with fast acting, then use GDAs and things into your everyday diet, Reta would be game changer in this and resensitise you especially the longer your on it big lad :)

also your workouts are insanity haha how high is your food? and how you feeling with the gh in? i know early days but good to see how quickly and what you notice,

i think if you not stepping on stage bro , you can do 2 IUs preworkout and 5 ius post workout
The plan was to do a powerlifting comp in November which is why I stick to heavy compounds but I still train adding my isolations. I’m not too worried if I look smooth because I will lean out after the comp or if I don’t do it I’ll diet and lean after. My fasted cardio every other day is helping also keeping eye on bp and it’s been ok so far. I want the primo to help with the e2 rather than an ai.

I have seen minor changes now with my body in terms of waist dropping a little (first place I put it and first place to go when diet) but diet I will remain the same for another 2 weeks before I slightly increase calories.

I will lay out my diet after I write todays logs at work aswel.

(Need to get use to freeweights again so just going for feeling)

4: pec deck

67kg/15 123/8 then drop set with holds

Biceps

1: preacher curl ez bar

Notes
Insulin was used pre aswel as post 5iu pre 10iu post, pumps were amazing and strength slowly coming back. I plan on adding freeweifht now to add strength and also feel muscle so next chest session will be different.

Currently 131kg fasted this morning which probably is glycogen or water or possible muscle I lost previously.

Tomorro is a rest day but 45min cardio tomorro and an increase of hgh to 5iu as I’ve been tolerating it very well.

Pumps really felt good @Pigsy I’m glad you recommended it. Im going to listen to you all and not go higher in dose and to just stick to this iu’s
 
Hey @Snayaz just to pitch in. I was taking 10iu of novorapid pre workout with the rice flour dish at 100g of rice flour plus an Intra workout drink with 50g carbs.
Also lantus at 15 if I recall. Most days carbs were high.
If I recall it's like 15g carbs per iu of insulin (general rule) could be wrong.
Anyway your killing it as always 🙌

How did you find that using fast and slow insulin? I have both but don’t know too much about slow acting tbh.
 
Didn't really feel the slow acting but it helped with my growth. I didn't have any issues with either.
Novo i definitely felt 🤣
