Notes
Insulin was used pre aswel as post 5iu pre 10iu post, pumps were amazing and strength slowly coming back. I plan on adding freeweifht now to add strength and also feel muscle so next chest session will be different.
Currently 131kg fasted this morning which probably is glycogen or water or possible muscle I lost previously.
Tomorro is a rest day but 45min cardio tomorro and an increase of hgh to 5iu as I’ve been tolerating it very well.
Otherwise you can use 2 IUs pre and 5-7 IUs post training.
