I use 1500mg Metformin per day split into 3 doses. Lowered my blood sugars by about 20 points.

Oops I meant 3 doses. It took about a week to see a small drop and then a couple more weeks it dropped further. They say it can take up to 4 weeks so its obviously different with different people. I am sure you will see a small drop at first and maybe as time goes on will drop more. Just dont get frustrated if it doesnt work right away. Continue for at least a month. I would suggest you take at least 1000mg considering the amount of carbs your eating and your using HGH. Also be careful since your using insulin so I guess maybe 500mg is probably a good dose to start with so you dont get low blood sugar and go into a coma.

Not much anymore. It's usually 115 after a meal so it's pretty normal now. Amazing how under control I can get it once you lose a ton of fat.
 
Can you please post the meter reading for a week straight with 2/5 @Snayaz

Yeah that’s no problems. Did you want one for fasted and one non fasted per day for 7 days? I can start that Sunday as today and tomorro are rest days for me

I'd like to see both and it would help you track progress with your insulin/hgh use as well.

Sorry bro usually Friday and Saturdays are my rest days. I just do my 45min fasted walks on my days off.

Today tho I’ll be doing cardio in
The evening as I had to get up early for a quick trip to work.

It is working. Its been normal everytime I check it since using metformin. I dont eat more than 200 grams carbs per day. Again no reason to check it multiple times per day as things are normal and I feel normal and fat is melting away. No reason to waste money on blood sticks when you know its going to show the same result everytime for the last 8 months. I simply check it twice in one day fasted and then half way through the day every month or so and its always the same. Under 95 fasted and around 110-120 after a meal midway through the day after 2-3 meals have been eaten.

2: Minor visual changes have shown (fuller muscles)
3: no water retention as of yet but hopefully I can keep that low. Wanting to let primo take care of e2 and bloat, if not I’ll add aromasin
4: much deeper sleep and it feels good
5: increased in sweating
6: added tren e at 200mg (personal preference)

My insulin dosage is low for me but I’m taking the advice from a few of you so I’ll see how it goes.

Ill increased carbs tomorro and my protein is higher than most.

I notice I grow well with higher protein instead of lower (ex coach) recovery felt sloppy with his amount.

I’m pushing to grow I am not really fussed much about a bodybuilding look but more of a mass monster look.

I honestly use what have always worked for me, dose wise I can drop it down but I’ve had real amazing gains with how I’ve always done cycles.
Bp was the only issue and I’ve controlled that now and it’s been holding quite well. Mass monster has always been my aim bro.

I’m going to be putting rack pulls on hold for a month as I want to introduce farmer walks as last exercise for back/traps
Careful with farmer walks and injuries.
