Usually for me it’s the waist area but ironically first place to grow and first place to disappear when dieting.

Everyone has noticed a massive increase in size
And strength is almost back to where it was before.

Bp 136/65 which is ok for me
Increased insulin 5pre/10post and I feel this better.

Sleeps been a little out of whack but got what the team suggested and will be using it tonight onwards.

Visually bigger all around and shape. Midsection still a little round but waist has gone down a tiny bit (not worried about this)

I didn’t sleep much 3+ hours because for the first time I took pre workout yesterday and it kept me up. I am
Going to catch up on 8+ sleep tonight tho to make up for it and do cardio first thing in the morning.

Mood is good and still no water retention except on feet when wearing socks but hgh it
Is.

I did increase dose of hgh to 5iu. I’ve also decided to up the metformin to 2000mg just till my retatrutide comes this weekend.

No gut issues with metformin at all but I think also fasted numbers been a bit over the place due to sleep quality. Just waiting for certain supp to come in which lets me sleep better.
 
Be careful on Metformin dosages. Can give really bad muscle cramps which nothing will help it.

I needed to give this knee a bit of a break from heavy weights so I didn’t fill up knee with fluid again so I went high reps and low volume. Next week I’ll be definitely going hard

3: laying plate loaded hammy curl

Swelling was kept to a minimum and pain wasn’t really there but just a minor feel so I thought better to pull back instead of delaying recovery.

Cycle notes
I haven’t raised food and am pretty happy where I’m at.

I have gotten much stronger and the pumps have been surreal

Sleep has gotten better and I have been consistent with fasted cardio.

Bg levels are good and next week I’ll up to 6iu of hgh which I might split into 2 injections

My left leg slid on wet floor and all my body weight went on that leg that slid. Most stupid ways to hurt myself but it jarred my knee but woke up fine today. No pain today and it feels good tbh.
