On the road again with work. Not able to do a gym workout but I’m busting my arse at work plus got the 15 kg dumbbells with me again.

hope to see you back strong updating manA little disrupted again the start of this week. Away for work and no internet but there was a gym.
Trained at home Saturday and Sunday ( usually rest day) anticipating having to do modified workouts. But there was amazingly a gym on this site so I did day 3 on Monday and day 4 on Tuesday. Rest day today while I travelled home and back at home gym tomorrow. I’ll actually finish the week with two extra gym sessions under my belt. Which is good cause this gear from @RofRandD is really kicking in.
Food has all been mine camp food and a lot of it.
