3 x 15 x 70kg

DB inc 3 x 12 x 30kg

Seat Row 3 x 12 x 77kg

Lat Pull 3 x 12 x 77 kg

Skull crushers 30 x 7 kg then Hammer curl 20 x 7kg - Do that three times no rest

Tri Ext 3 x 15 x 27 kg

Shrugs 3 x 15 x 40kg

the bench needs work, you're doing too many sets 6, i would drop to 4 sets but 2 x 15 and 2x6 on the drop set
any cardio?
how about food?

No my cardio training has been poor. I know it’s not the same but my work is very physical.
Food is as good as I can get it. All healthy.
I’m away a lot and mostly on a boat ( a big boat). There is a cook but not a lot of choice.

I appreciate the concern. Unfortunately my life is not structured and there is no consistent routine.
I am training and I am eating well just not in an easily loggable way. Plus a lot of the time I have no internet

I’m trying to get in touch with @DofRandD or @RofRandD .
They have been generously sponsoring this cycle of mine. For those of you who have followed my log, I have had some issues logging as often as I would have liked.
This may be the reason they are not returning my messages.
Regardless, I really need to talk with them about my supply levels. Certainly happy to pay my own way for their quality gear.
If anyone has heard from them please let me know
 
Well I guess that’s the end of my log
100% understand that my logging was not the best. I honestly tried my best but work commitments really got in the way.
I’ve been unable to contact my generous sponsors at Rand D Pharma and so my supplies are dry mid cycle.
All good, I’ve found another source and will move on without the pressures of having to report my every move.
I thank everyone for their advice and support.
And I genuinely thank R and D Pharma. Their products are fair dinkuum and I’d recommend to anyone. Just don’t commit to logging if you’re life doesn’t allow it.
