Had a great week in the Gym. Trained as per the schedule I posted originally. Even added a few extra curl sets in yesterday.
Looking to start cycle tomorrow.
would be good to see what you added to your training please update some details @Fitter2000 and update on your cycle please :)

Update.

Been working hard in the gym as usual but had an extra spring in my step as I new a special delivery was coming from my good friend at R&D Pharma.
Package arrived Friday.
First pin tomorrow 250mg Test E
200mg Primo E
Same again Wednesday
Repeat 12 weeks

Going to be hitting the same program as below for 4 weeks Then I’ll mix it up a bit.

@Fitter2000 you look amazing, VERY strong muscle base and real power on shoulders and arms/chest level, VERY VERY strong and you will get clean results from this cycle :)
on training part, deadlifts you doing all 6 reps? if i read that correct, I would go with 10-15 rep sets with slower movements and less weight

Yes you did read 6 reps. That comes from my power lifting days. I still want to go heavy.
Your right though, more reps lighter weight is more age appropriate and will give better aesthetic looks.

heavy is good but mix that up with some lighter reps
