I’ve been very consistent with my training. Diet is good but could be better. Plan is to dial it in and ramp it up for the next 12 to 16 weeks.

Quick update
Little bit of a bumpy start to cycle due to me being away since Sunday but still found a small gym and got my workouts done with some modifications.
Only less than a week in but feeling good. No doubt it’s the placebo effect but R&D Pharma is feeling like the business.
@Fitter2000 great update thanks :) please come back and update training diet and pics of foods, lets see how you doing

One week in. Obviously not going to be any change.
But, I am feeling good, little bit stronger and in my opinion…..looking better

There is absolutely more intensity in the gym. At this stage I think most of that is coming from my new cycle excitement but there is for sure something there that’s not me……the R&D Pharma in me is just starting to poke its head out. I’m excited to see what happens when she’s 100% kicked in.
Meanwhile, the away trip didn’t bother my training much.
I’m taking onboard some advice from legends on here and I’ve lowered the weight a bit and increased the reps. And I’m feeling it.
I’m going to dust off the rowing machine this week and get a few cardio sessions in.
Diet is still good home cooked style. Nothing scientific about it but it’s not shit.
Supplements as per photo.

Yes, I keep meaning to get the rower out but usually run out of time. I’ll try harder to get at least 2 x 30 minute sessions in.
I’m eating healthy and a fair bit , but I’m not tracking macros or anything
