Quick update
Little bit of a bumpy start to cycle due to me being away since Sunday but still found a small gym and got my workouts done with some modifications.
Only less than a week in but feeling good. No doubt it’s the placebo effect but R&D Pharma is feeling like the business.

There is absolutely more intensity in the gym. At this stage I think most of that is coming from my new cycle excitement but there is for sure something there that’s not me……the R&D Pharma in me is just starting to poke its head out. I’m taking onboard some advice from legends on here and I’ve lowered the weight a bit and increased the reps. And I’m feeling it.
I’m going to dust off the rowing machine this week and get a few cardio sessions in.
Diet is still good home cooked style. Nothing scientific about it but it’s not shit.
