I had to learn that very lesson you just taught once I did my entire life inside the gym changed drastically in a positive fashion.What I do, which MIGHT help, is set a specific target. Hit it (hopefully) then back off. There's always been another time for another go and to be able to push further.

I kind did my normal workout but then dropped the weight back a bit and smashed out some 15 rep sets.squats just 1x? 3x? any 15 reps bro @Fitter2000
