Starting to feel really good. More energy and drive, intensity training wise has gone up, even on the peloton bike. Only 2 weeks in on this
@BigBoyLabs cycle but people have been noticing changes and asking what I'm on.
Took some advice from you guys and cutting down the protein shakes and replacing with food. This has helped get calories up which is a plus. I'm a sucker for carbs and slaughtered the rice today.
Could be why my hands have turned into sausage fingers and veins are more pronounced everywhere, or come to think of it it's probably due to this awesome GH from

Meal 1: greens drink and black coffee
Meal 2: 185g tuna olive oil. One cup brown rice. One banana
Meal 3: Wpi shake. One banana
Meal 4: 150g pork mince teriyaki. One cup brown rice
Meal 5: 250g chicken, sundried tomato basil pesto dish. One cup basmati rice.
Meal 6: 4 eggs. One cup basmati rice. One homemade chocolate brownie.
Training:
Back-
Standing tbar rows- 4 sets of 10 at 70kg.
Lat pulldowns- 3 sets of 12 at 80kg
Seated row- 4 sets of 12 at 75kg
Weighted pullups with 10kg plate- 2 sets of 10 wife and 2 sets of 10 narrow grip
Cardio:
20 minute peloton bike averaging 135 heart rate.
30 minute walk
