Approved Log Testosterone Primobolan Trenbolone Cycle Log

Primo can drop E2, dose dependent and individual dependent based on the response of the metabolite. I like using it so I have some E2 to use to maximise my GH - IGF-1 conversion. Plus the anabolic and pure tissue gain from it and its versatility. Where as if I use a AI, e2 drops way too low, lipids go out of range and pumps decrease.

That’s my 2C, Eddie has different but valid opinions on it
I see primobolan as an anti-estrogenic aid like a SERM, so not really into high e2 and primo balance. I think while it works, it can be counterproductive as we saw in the blood work a few times in the past few months. @AE1079

100% agreed

Swimming. And 1 hour of walking, that's really good.
Keeping that body moving is great for blood flow.

Wow, look at that physique. You are an absolute Beast.
We can see the vascularity in the forearms from behind.

Yes, a very wide back.
A lot of people neglect their back and that's a shame.

Good to see that you have a reliable source. That's providing good gear.
primo and tren ace is a great stack IMO

, I like the different exercises you're doing.
My favorite is your chest and incline leverage. That works out well.

Concentration curls are a great way to isolate the arms.
And excellent job on the pose. You have a roadmap all over your body.

You're looking extremely lean, man. I would say you're single digits.
Great job on that. Many people would kill for your physique.

Dinner tonight nothing fancy but ticks all the boxes. 200g chicken, cup basmati rice, kale, avocado.

Tuesday December 10th

Received a text saying I had been cleared to donate blood so booked the earliest available appointment and before I knew it was in the chair giving blood. It was a massive relief to hear my haemoglobin was 173 and in range. I was worried it would be elevated and I would be sent home again but then again I've only been on cycle 3 weeks so probably not enough time for my blood to thicken that substantially.
Will stay on top of it this time and donate again in another 4 weeks or so.

Because of donation, had to take it easy and not lift, but did manage to get in a 30 minute HIIT peloton bike workout first thing in the morning and an hour walk this evening.

The last few days my appetite has decreased substantially. Was telling a few of the boys here that desire for food has gone down and I'm getting a lot fuller after eating not as much as I would normally. Not having any stomach issues or anything. I know this is common on tren but I'm only running 100mg so surely it couldn't be this dramatic. Maybe liver stress related?
Would be interested to hear your thoughts fellas.

donating blood is crucial, happy to see you do it

The feeling of being full is not always liver related,
What digestive aids are you taking daily?

Thanks Eddie. Not taking any at the moment. Are they a necessity do you think?

no matter what you're doing digestive aids are a must, probiotics psyllium husk and digestive enzymes.

I was just reading a write up by @AE1079 where he eloquently described how fiber pull e2 estrogen out of the system, he can comment on this.
