@Eveflorence NAD injections? why not oral NAD? tell us a bit.

lots of protein today
Better bioavailability with the injections. With orals, you never really know how much you're going to absorb due to digestion etc

Always with injections, you get better bioavailability.
That's smart.

That's good that you're donating blood.

Not only helps yourself but helps others as well.

I haven't had kale in a long time.

It's a really good vegetable to add.

Friday 13th December

Been a big week of training and the body is feeling a bit depleted. Getting leaner and more vascular by the day it's quite incredible considering I'm not dieting and by no means in a deficit. Beauty of tren coupled with GH.
Tomorrow we're off out of town for a little family holiday so I'll do a peloton bike session in the morning and then rest day otherwise.

Started NAD+ injections this morning and pinned 50mg. Running this in an effort to improve mitochondrial health and restore some sort of energy balance.
Also, pinned some injectable dbol for the first time ever and had a killer volume based workout.

Meal 1: 4 eggs, greens drink, black coffee

Meal 2: 200g chicken pesto, one cup basmati rice

Meal 3: 150g chicken teriyaki, one cup brown rice, veggies.

Meal 4: Wpi shake, one banana

Meal 5: 300g pulled chicken burrito bowl

Meal 6: 185g tuna olive oil, 4 rice cakes, avocado

Meal 7: Wpi shake, one apple.

Training:
Back and shoulders

Lat pulldowns-
20 X 50kg
15 X 65kg
15 X 70kg
10 X 80kg X 3 sets

Tbar rows-
20 X 40kg
10 X 60kg X 2 sets narrow neutral grip
10 X 60kg X 2 sets wide prone grip

Seated rows-
20 X 50kg
10 X 70kg X 3 sets

Weighted pullups
10 reps with 10kg attached then straight into 10 reps just bodyweight. X 2 sets narrow grip, X sets wide grip.

Shoulders-
All exercises for shoulders were 3 sets of 20 and lighter than usual. Wasn't focused on numbers, rather on isolating the deltoid instead of having the traps do the work.
Lateral raises
Bent over laterals
Shoulder press superset with Upright rows.
Nice job

Monday December 16th

Still away with the family and get back home Wednesday. Been enjoying some downtime in terms of training but still keeping nutrition as consistent as I would at home.
Continuing with 125mg test enth, 100mg primo and 50mg tren ace twice a week. Took the weekend off GH and have just pinned 2iu as we speak.
Also pinning NAD 3x per week, 50mg each pin.
Trying to keep stress down though my biggest source is definitely the kids, so I need to find ways to better manage it.

Overall feeling really good, just really content with how things are going and managing to keep any sides at bay.

Meal 1: 4 eggs, greens drink, black coffee

Meal 2: 150g pulled chicken, one cup basmati rice

Meal 3: 250g chicken teriyaki stir fry with veggies

Meal 4: 200g turkey breast, one cup brown rice, green salad with kale, cucumber, spinach, cherry tomatoes

Meal 5:.Wpi shake, one banana
