Thursday January 16th

As a birthday present, the wife and I are have escaped for a few days with our youngest and staying at a really nice resort with a pretty decent gym which I'm stoked about. Also can't take credit for that breakfast pic I put up earlier, that was courtesy of the buffet breakfast here.

Got in a hamstring and back workout this morning and a 750m swim, plus plenty of walking. Pinned 1g of bpc and tb500 from @Livewell2024 which I shoot e3d to keep any niggles at bay.

Seated hamstring curl
20kg X 20
28kg X 15
36kg X 15 X 3 sets

SLDL with dumbbells
25kg X 15
30kg X 10
35kg X 10 X 3 sets

Good mornings

40kg X 10 X 3 sets

Seated row (chest supported)

Then did single arm rows

Lat pulldown
70kg X 10 X 3 sets

One arm dumbbell rows

40kg X 10 immediately into drop set 35kg X 10 then 30kg X 10

Pullups

What I delicious meal you put together. And those mushrooms have a lot of health benefits that other Foods don't have.
 
A nice workout and then some swimming seems like paradise.

I miss swimming a lot. I have to get back into it.
 
I haven't seen too many people Doing good mornings.
It's a pretty rare lift, but it does have benefits for the back.
