Monday February 3rd

Back day today, one of my favourite parts to train and it was hot as hell, which was good. The sooner I start sweating, the better I feel so training in heat is something I've come to enjoy.
I've been using the injectable L carnitine, using 500mg and had about 6 or 7 pins of it now. Noticed more energy throughout the day and sustained pumps even when not training (though could be attributed to the heat we're having). My wife said yesterday that I'm too vascular now and it's weird, I told her things would calm down when the weather cools down haha.
