Friday Feb 7th

Been on this current @BigBoyLabs cycle for 11 weeks and am really happy with the results. I'm wanting to book in a deca scan to compare to one I had a couple of months before starting. I'm confident it's helped me to put on some lean tissue and strip away some fat. I've gotten stronger, focus in training has improved and energy levels overall have increased.

@Livewell2024 growth hormone has no doubt contributed to my results as well. I feel this has brought out vascularity I've never had to this extent before, as well as kept me looking full whilst in somewhat of a slight deficit.

I'll throw up today's training and cardio later tonight.

Monday February 3rd

Back day today, one of my favourite parts to train and it was hot as hell, which was good. The sooner I start sweating, the better I feel so training in heat is something I've come to enjoy.
I've been using the injectable L carnitine, using 500mg and had about 6 or 7 pins of it now. Noticed more energy throughout the day and sustained pumps even when not training (though could be attributed to the heat we're having). My wife said yesterday that I'm too vascular now and it's weird, I told her things would calm down when the weather cools down haha.

40kg X 20
60kg X 10
80kg X 10 X 3 sets

Seated row
50kg X 10
80kg X 10
90kg X 10 X 2 sets immediately into drop sets of 10 reps at 80kg, 70kg, 60kg

Lat pulldown
70kg X 10
90kg X 8 X 3 sets

One arm dumbbell row
45kg X 10 X 2 sets each arm

Pullups
Wide prone grip X 12 X 2 sets
Wide neutral grip X 10 X 2 sets

Cardio
500m swim in the am
3km walk in the pm

Wednesday Feb 12th

Today marks 12 weeks on cycle. Haven't used tren the last 4 weeks so cycle has been 250mg test and 400mg primo with 4iu GH eod.

This pic below taken today at work, no pump or anything just a snapshot of current state. I won't lie, some of the pics I've uploaded have been in the garage mid workout with a pump making me look better than I actually am, others have been relaxed and just taken at random times. I admire the way @BigCheese2000 does it, he always takes pics in the same consistent light and fasted in the morning. That gives you a better indication of how you're progressing.

Great way to gauge progress mate! Can see from that shot you’ve got great development and vascularity in different lightings and settings! Very proud big man excited to see where you land🙏🏻🦍
