Seeing mixed results on the pct. I have used 4 Week pct in the past but people here are saying 6 Weeks to 8 weeks. I've looked into hcgenerate ans n2guard but honestly these are quite expensive for me.

Also, any advise on not getting super depressed during PCT?

The last cycle I did I was an emotional roller coaster but throughout the cycle I felt great. I ran the test prop up to 1050/wk for the last 3 weeks of that particular dbol and test cycle.

@ToughGuy happy you have shared with us, this is the first step to a big log.

On the cycle, you're seeing mixed results from 500mgs of test prop?
please clarify
  • how deep you into this cycle how many weeks in?
  • are you using aromasin or ai?
  • on the organ liver support, so you have money for steroids but no money for organ liver support like n2guard? ok so what is your organ liver support plan now?

your diet, please post foods and when you eat them meals
your training, when you train whats the exercises weights and how much
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

if you overdose serms in pct you can get depressed

It's important to keep them at sensible dosage and also run a very strong test booster with them to offset any side effects
 
PCT in and of itself is only a part of the overall recovery process. Time off is a part of that too
 
Monstro Just stays on steroids year round but I'm a pro
where are you at right now are you planning on going to Mr Olympia soon
 
you won't get good results if you crash every time you come off steroids
it's important to have a better pct in place
 
you need to use hcgenerate in pct
that will help you not feel depressed when you come off
 
update us on the details of how long you've been on and how much anti-estrogens you're using
if you cant afford to run your cycle properly then you should save up more before you start
 
proper Cycle support is not expensive
you have to factor in the fact of what if things go wrong cause you didn't use support
 
bros many guys just stay on steroids because of what you're describing
you need to make sure that you track what you're doing after cycle so you don't get depressed
 
that is a lot of test prop bro why you think you need so many mgs? I would think 400mg prop be more than sufficient
