Testosterone recovery help

Hey guys!! Im from India. I'm desperately in need of help.
My gym trainer introduced me to sarms promising that they won't shut me down.
He put me on a cycle of lgd, RAD and mk2866, yk 11 at 20 MG each for 12 weeks. I had no knowledge about these and trusted him blindly. After 8 weeks I lost my erection completely and balks started to look smaller. So I threw them away and stated a pct now with clomid and nolvadex at 50/40 for week 1,2 and 25/20 for 3,4. How long will it take to kick in. How long will it take to get back my test levels and erections. I know I have made a horrible mistake but I need ur help now. Please....

It's going to take some time. The PCT will help kick start things but time is the only thing that will really help. Within 8-10 weeks you should start feeling back to normal. Just be patient and give it some time brother.

I did argue with him but he said I must have had already low testosterone. I can't tell this to my parents cause they're gonna kill the shit outta me if they knew I'm on PEDS.
Went to the doctor. He just said me stop taking em. Start on a test booster and wait for your hormones to bounce back. But after reading the posts here I've started a pct with clomid, nolvadex, MK677 (from denik pharma, they have lab reports verifying their product's authenticity), now liver refresh, vitamin D 3. I've got aromasin on hand, 20 25 MG tabs.
I wanted to know how long is it gonna take me to recover. Should I use the aromasin. Should I get a herbal test booster. I will be getting blood tests done by the end of 4 weeks. Plz advise

Are you actually saying your PT put you on a cycle and you couldn't do anything about it?
And your PT is full of sh*t so if I were you that co-operation would stop right there. Sarms are suppressive to some degree, not nearly as much as aas but they require pct.

So how long exactly has it been since you ended your pct?

you trusted someone you thought you could trust. anyone on here giving you shit is a hypocrite because WE ALL have had this happen.

second off NEVER EVER just blindly follow what a friend, trainer, coach, doctor, sibling, whatever tells you to take. always do your own homework

third if you took legit sarms you are NOT shutdown. suppressed maybe, but not shutdown. if you are shutdown then you really took pro hormones.. even so trashing them and then running a good pct will give you a soft landing and your body can then recover. but you should run bloods
 
you should do some bloodwork see where your testosterone levels are and where your E2 levels are .. maybe half a tablet of aromasin 2-3 times/ week? I don't know you should get it checked with bloodwork first, and like stevesmi said you probably took prohormones .. it's not the end of the world relax .. you'll be okay in a month or so bro .. a test booster will help too .. get some cialis or viagra if you're going to have sex and it's not functioning at all ..

oh boy... this place desma pharma is just horrible... i first learned about them last year because i get so many people from india emailing me and i was actually warned about them from one of my fans out there... they are very dangerous to say the least.. i honestly have no idea what you were taking

I trashed those sarms at 9th week mark when I noticed my balls were smaller, zero erections.
It's been 3 days on pct. 50 Clomid 40 nolva split into 2 doses (25,20 with lunch and another with dinner). Taking 500 mg withania and 500 mg Mucuna pruriens. Basic multi. 2 caps of now ultra omega. Cal mag Zinc vit d3 from nature's bounty,now liver refresh. Have aromasin 20 tabs of 25 MG. No signs of high estrogen.
Should I take a Preworkout to make up for the lethargy?
Any suggestions Plz advise

They don't want me doing bodybuilding in the first place due to the fact that steroid use is quite popular in the sport. So I need you guys to help me out. As I said Im running 4 week pct (details as mentioned above) and will get blood tested by the end of 4 weeks. If anyone got any suggestions or info for libido and test production Plz help me out

I think the original suggestion I made is applicable. You are already on good PCT protocol...just give it some more time. You are very young and certainly will recover in 8-12 weeks time-frame. Be patient.

Make sure to wait 1 month after your finish your PCT to get the blood work done. Otherwise the PCT drugs will still be in your body and give the blood work a false reading

Never ever ever let a girl move in with you and sock away every extra penny you make. Then in a few years after you ditch the scammer trainer cunt and learn how to eat, do deadlifts, squat and bench and put on 30 lbs of natural mass then start thinking about PEDs. At some point you will propose to a whore and she will say no thinking that some other better catch will come along. You will be heart broken for 10 minutes and then you will get jacked and tan. In all seriousness. I was around in the 1980s. WE didn't have any PCT drugs. Eventually we all recovered. They are not necessary but may speed the process along.

It's been three weeks since I've been off pct. For a few days I've been experiencing extreme low libido again. Balls are normal and I get erection during middle of night but I get almost zero erection during rest of the day and semen production /volume is quite low too. What should I do. Will my test ever recover.

Try a good old natural test booster with lots of fenugreek, tribulus and ashwagandha your libido should come back a bit. You probably took pro hormones and are still recovering from the shut down. Give it time. Do lots of heavy squats and have as much sex as you can your test will come back eventually. Did you get bloods done?

Time wise I wouldn't expect to see 100% recovery just yet.

i'm not sure if you have read very much on this forum but I discuss a lot to people that PCT does not 'recover' anything. it is to give you a soft landing only and ONLY your own body can actually recover. if this wasn't the case then nobody would need TRT for life right? they could just run SERM's forever.

what you should have been doing already and what you need to do is run n2generate which is a natural test booster that won't interfere with your own bodies recovery. it is time to stop using drugs to cure the problem, cause they won't cure the problem.

also will you recover your test? i'm not a psychic so i cannot guarantee anything.. it depends on your history and your HPTA's health.. bloodwork will tell you
 
What gains you got anyway? I never been shutdown even on aas..just a slightly. U had fake sarms..some kind of prohormones..sarms cant totally shutdown...i think..tell is ur gains

The size gains are okay..ish. But the strength gains are pretty awesome. However it's very difficult to sustain the suppression side effects, which u don't feel in roids.
Yk 11 is garbage BTW. It's an insult to its family members like Winstrol and masteron considering the results and side effects . It will ruin your joints.

It does shut down to some point obviously and I am not saying that I am immune but it never shut me down that bad...and it was legit gear..massive gains. We are all different by the way. I just wanted to explain him that he probably used prohormones,not sarms

What do you mean "it never shut you down that bad"? What are you going off of? Do you have bloodwork to back up those claims?
 
Boys,english is not my first language. Everyone have side effects and everyone got shut down,some ppl get more side effects and some less. Please dont take me wrong.

the term 'shutdown' means your LH goes to near 0

it doesn't have anything to do with side effects or libido, etc. it is a common mixup
