I started the day with some coffee and pre-workout, half a scoop of Ronin and 2 10mg caps of yohimbine.
I did 45min of stairs fasted and a brief abs workout of 3 sets of lying leg raises 7 reps and some vacuums and posing.
I had whey protein and cream of rice for breakfast
60g whey and 80g of cream of rice, some cinnamon and an apple.
Lunch and meal 3 where identical, half a white sweet potato baked, fish and roasted veggies, topped with Himalayan salt, pepper and paprika. Two fish oil caps
Meal 4 is below this oats and whey snack with watermelon some cocoa also. Two slices of rye and honey

And dinner was jello lite and more water melon
Contributing 48g of protein from jello and I mixed in some glycine taurine and inositol.
