First day back Back and Biceps
Start with V Bar Lat Pulldowns
15 x 40kg warm up
12 x 60kg
10 x 70kg
8 x 80kg

Rope Seated Row
It isn't about the weight I use the rope to help activation to of the scapular and really squeeze
12 reps x 4kg squeeze at the back count to 10 and repeat

Pull-Ups close grip weight with 15kg strapped with a weight belt
10 x Bodyweight 15kg strapped on repeat for 4 sets

Barbell Bent Over Row Superset with Rope Pulldowns
15 x 60kg superset 15 reps Rope Pulldown x 45kg
12 x 70kg superset 15 reps Rope Pulldown x 45kg
10 x 80 kg superset 15 reps Rope Pulldown x 45kg
8 x 82.5kg superset 15 reps Rope Pulldown x 45kg

DB Curls per Hand
15kg x 12
15kg x 12
17.5kg x 12

Hammercurls
20kg x 10
22.5kg x 10
25 x 10

Finished off Rope Crunches of Cable
3 sets to failure didn't count reps

hammers add some 15 reps at least
your back is AMAZING wide and strong and chest arms wow! big time :)

August 7th Leg Day
Didn't weigh myself but leg day is one of of my favourite days.

Before anyone asks I don't do Barbell Squats I have condition where I lost movement in my legs (warning pics are graphic of what they looked like after a fasciotomy) posted also what they look post accident.

The gym was empty (working from home has benefits)

Exercises (There's are warm ups and finishers)
Leg Extensions
20kg for 20 reps
Hamstring Curls
20kg for 20 reps

Leg Press
200kg x 12 reps superset with Lying Hamstring Curls 35kg x 10 reps

240kg x 12 reps superset with Lying Hamstring Curls 35kg for 10 reps

280kg x 10 reps superset with Lying Hamstring Curls 40kg for 8 reps

300kg for 8 reps superset with 40kg for 8 reps.

DB Lunges per hand (one rep counts when both legs used):

20kg x 10 reps superset Pin-loaded Standing Leg Curls 30kgs for 10 reps

22.5kg x 8 reps 10 reps superset Pin-loaded Standing Leg Curls 30kgs for 10 reps

25kg for 8 reps 10 reps 10 reps superset Pin-loaded Standing Leg Curls 30kgs for 10 reps

Leg Extensions
45kg for 15 reps superset with Seated Leg Curls 35kg for 15 reps

50kg for 20 reps 15 reps superset with Seated Leg Curls 35kg for 15 reps

55kg for 20 reps 15 reps superset with Seated Leg Curls 35kg for 15 reps

Finished off 4 sets of 40kg Seated calf raises 12 reps.

Workout lasted an hour and ubered home cause it was intense.

Hahaha thanks no. This year I decided once I stop and go back on TRT. I'll have it ready and plan ahead. Also @SILVERBACK LABS was so reliable after I did a previous order I was comfortable order enough to do a different stack I'm sticking to 500mg Test and 300mg Tren and I noticed night and day ausmeds ausjuice badly ripped me and not only one.
