training is good but id lover the volume a bit until full recovery

Boxing an hour. Great session trainer changed her (yes i have a female as she had best skills and ability to adapt to my needs and knowing me my ego wouldve taken and It wouldn't be technique juey haymakers) pads to the boxing fan paddles as the rest and my technique improved my jabs, crosses and hooks was too generating alot of power. I was pretty as much I love weights variety is greatn

My body has high amount of fascia
superficial, deep, visceral and parietal, nerve endings and I should get that report I guess I'm lucky I have incredibly high dense structure, any injuries I can start to heal an higher accelerated rate. Lol I'm kinda like wolverine and even his height.
When I tore my chest they said 12 to 16 weeks I got okayed to slowly train after 6 weeks.
I've had fasciotomy and 9 debridements to clean the infected tissue told I wouldn't be able to walk or at all was up walking normally but different as permanent nerve damage.
