@Napa1020 and he’s back. I’m sure this will be as good as the last one!I just started a new cycle after being on 75mgs of test a week for a while. This one consists of 280 test cyp, 180 tren ace, 50mg anavar and 50mg proviron all ZPHC from.domestic supply. My heart belongs to para pharma but I had a chance to grab this and I went for it. Right now I'm weighing between 196-198lbs. I'm gonna run this for 4 months. I turn 40 in July, so it'll be perfect timing for that.
Today's physique and leg day training. I do everything in the 10-20 reps range because for me if yoy want quality muscle and strength that's the rep range that hits the sweet spot.
4 sets close stance squats. 2 sets 365lbs /10. 2 sets 315lbs/15
4 sets 225lb barbell split squats 8-10 reps
5 sets 6 plates each side close stance feet half off the sled leg press 12-15 reps.
5 sets 75lb RDLS 10- 15 reps.
abs are tight AF bro and you hella strongDay 10. Weighing around 200-202lbs wake up weight. So far so good. Sleep has been to my surprise awesome, aggression is definitely kicking in, which I love. During the week I'm still waking up at 2:00am to train and it's been a good as it could be
Today was back day and I was able to sleep I'm get a nice meal in before training so I can smoke back. I'll be logging more of my meals this time around, I'm still playing around with a few things to see where my sweet spot is as far a macros go. Stay tunes. This is gonna be an epic road to 40yrs old come July
I do the opposite. I choose the stiffest bar so when I compete I will pull way more on the skinnier limp bars.make sure on that bar you're using the skinny ones
