Sleep has been to my surprise awesome, aggression is definitely kicking in, which I love. During the week I'm still waking up at 2:00am to train and it's been a good as it could be
Today was back day and I was able to sleep I'm get a nice meal in before training so I can smoke back. I'll be logging more of my meals this time around, I'm still playing around with a few things to see where my sweet spot is as far a macros go. Stay tunes. This is gonna be an epic road to 40yrs old come July

@Napa1020 One thing I will recommend it for you to do is a deloading week/month. that will really help you and help your joints. I notice you wear a lot of things like straps and belts and stuff like that. Train raw at less weight.Big chest day. I'm really loving how I feel this time around.
