Its been 3 weeks and 2 days on cycle As always, everything is moving insane and in the right direction. Bodyweight is around 207lbs. In about another week, I'm gonna real try and push a 3 month cut.

@Napa1020 Make sure that you're warming up and working on your mobility and flexibility especially when you're hitting those shoulders like that. I tore my shoulder because I did not.

push more weight, you should be doing 3-4 plates minimum

@Napa1020 Bros. You doing good on this? I like the 245 lb barbell rows. 207 lbs for a guy Your height is pretty thick.
