Day 10 and I'm definitely starting to feel it running through my body. Strength and aggression is definitely starting to kick in.

Today's chest day. I had some fun on Incline throwing the 130s and 140lb dumbells 5 sets 8-10 reps. 5 sets Incline hammer press 3 plates each side 10-12 reps. Flat bench 315lbs/2 then did some NFL combine 225lbs/21 reps. Bodyweight weight around 205lbs

Today is Good Friday and it was also a good back day. Rowing my way into the weekend and Easter strong and actually dropped some weight, weighing in at 199lbs.

Barbell rows 315/10, 275/10.
Chest supported T-bar rows 3 plates 10-12 reps.
Yates rows 2 plates a side 10-15 reps. Happy Easter. Enjoy some good food and get back to it Monday. Big leg day tomorrow then day off on Easter
