I received my order from UGFREAK early last week, which came in really fast so I super happy about that. Today I start my cycle. Right now my weight is at 204lbs and. I've been cruising at 150-175mg of test for almost a year now so it's time to hit the gas full throttle. I'll be running 250mg test cyp and 200mg tren ace for the first 4 weeks with 50mg proviron. Then for the last 8 weeks I'll be at 300mg test, 300 tren ace and still 50mg proviron. I order some bpc157 from umbrella labs last week for a little shoulder work so we'll see how that goes because I have yet to hear back from them after I placed my order. This picture is my starting point witch was taken this morning. 204lbs @ 5'6

what does a beast like you eat every day
 
So for my training. Right now it's six days a week. Mon/thur- chest/delts, tuesday/Friday - back/bis. Wednesday/Saturday wheels.

For the past almost 10yrs my first 5 meals have pretty much always been the same.
Breakfast 50 grams oats or Farina, 100 gram banana and 10 cracked egg white.
Meals 2-4 6oz boneless chicken thighs or breast, 5oz jasmine or basamati rice and 4oz veggies.
Meal 5 6oz of some sort ofblean red meat, 5-6oz potatoes and veggies.
I have a huge sweet tooth for cakes and cookies that happen at night so on thos run I'm just trying to cut all that out.
I'm a union roofer so for me doing cardio at the gym it's usually on 10-15mim before I train
