It's crazy you mentioned that. My skin was an absolute mess. I always had bad acne, even as a kid. Then when I jumped on it got even crazier. THE ONLY thing that worked is accutane. I'm running a low dose at 40mg a day and I'm still running it but I dropped to 20mg a day and will stop at 5 months. There is nothing that stops hormonal acne other then accutanehow do you keep your skin so smooth with no hair do you get it laser?

@Napa1020 been missing you no updates, happy you're updating againWork has been insane lately. I wake up at 3:00am get ready and I'm at the gym by 3:45 for fasted training. This was Thursdays back day with adding rack pulls of 315lbs and 405lbs.
Friday which was yesterday was an awesome chest day. Alot of Incline. 4 sets Incline 120lb dumbells 12-15 allow reps. 4 sets Incline barbell 245lbs 10-12 reps. 5 sets Incline hammer strength 3 plates each side 12-15 reps. I'm gonna get back on my log better. I just have alot going on.
