This leg day was legendary to wrap up my final pin and start this feload week. I hit the biggest PR of my life on squats which was 315lbs/32 reps buy it wouldn'tet me post it hete cause it was a minute long. I also hot 405lbs/10 and on the 10th rep I took it straight to hell woth a nasty pause. 4 sets 315lb stiff leg. 4 sets 4 plates each side hack squat 10-15 reps. Deload then a nice cut after my 39th birthday July 7th

Chest and back. Low Incline 140 dumbells/10, T-bar rows 3 plates drop set to failure.
Incline barbell 257lbs/10 superset 275lbs/10 barbell rows
Incline barbell 245lbs/10 superset 245lbs/10 barbell rows.
High Incline 60lb dumbell flies superset pull ups to failure. The old ways are the best ways. Stop trying to over complicate things and try sticking to the real basics.
