This was last week 415lbs/11 it won't show whole thing though. I do legs twice a week one heavy high rep day and a heavier medium rep day but never in the 5-8 rep range. Mistake. That was 245lbs/15. Damn kilo platesDay 4 and my second chest day of the week. I never really do flat bench but since I was feeling good I went for it and hit a little PR of 353lbs. I also hit 331lbs/2 then 225lbs/15 Larsen press. Went back to Incline with 5 sets 115lb dumbells 12-15 reps. I also started my Bpc-157 from umbrella labs today. I'm doing 500mcg daily for about 12 weeks. Around 9nweeks I'm gonna see if I need to continue. It's about to be all gas no brakes![]()
